The athlete footballer or tennis star eats lots of protein and exercises, to build strong muscles and bones. But it is way more than that a study shows that it is quite possible our ancient ancestors the Neanderthals and Denisovans didn’t eat enough plant based protein and that is the main reason they became extinct.
