Season 8 Of Married At First Sight Premiered And Twitter Is Swooning Over Jasmine And Will

BECAUSE SELF LOVE IS THE BEST LOVE.
There was some drama before and while the two said “I do.” Jasmine’s dad was very much against his daughter’s choice to marry a stranger, allegedly leaving her to wait until the day of her wedding to find out if he was going to walk her down the aisle. Then, after the wedding ended, her emotional father made his disdain with the situation known, claiming he was going to send Will’s information to a police officer friend for a background check (after last season, you can’t blame him).
But overall, Jasmine and Will seemed to get off to a good start. They both thought the other was attractive, they shared an actual kiss (he went for the cheek but she went for the lips), and despite Will being an introvert, they shared an easy rapport and had no issue cracking jokes with one another. It also helped tremendously that Will went to Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania. Jasmine went to the same school, as well as her father, and it aided the patriarch in finally warming up to Will — even if just for now…
While watching, we couldn’t get over how cute the pair looked together in all white (the photo above doesn’t do them justice), bonding over how “crazy” they are for marrying one another. We were cheesing like a Cheshire cat.
But we weren’t alone. The major consensus when it came to conversations about Jasmine and Will online was that the two are the first MAFS Season 8 couple people are confident about. No one knows what the rest of this season will hold and if they will continue to make everyone swoon (hopefully Will can continue to open up because Jasmine seems very into making things work), but so far, most people like what they see. Hit the flip to see what the Twitterverse had to say about Jasmine and Will:
‘Married at First Sight’ star Jamie Otis shares first baby bump photo at 8 weeks after announcing pregnancy
Jamie, 32, shared the first photo of her baby bump Saturday on Instagram.

“First baby bump pic,” Jamie captioned the cute picture in which she was lifting up her coral knitted sweater. “8 weeks yesterday!! We are so excited to be growing our family!!”
Jamie revealed her baby is currently the “size of a raspberry,” and she added the following hashtags: “#pregnant #8weeks #babyonboard #sizeofraspberry #blessed #grateful #thankful #love #growingfamily #family #blessings #firstbumppic.”
Jamie and Doug, 33, announced December 25 on their podcast, Hot Marriage Cool Parents, they are expecting their second child together.
The happy pair are already parents to a beautiful daughter, Henley Grace, 16 months.
“Henley’s going to be a big sister. Something we’ve been trying for a while has finally come to fruition and I can’t wait to meet our little baby boy,” Doug said, according to People.
Jamie then reportedly pointed out, “Yeah, you hope it’s a boy.”
Jamie went on to say her pregnancy experience thus far has been challenging, as she’s been feeling “nauseous” and can “barely keep [her] eyes open.” However, Jamie reportedly gushed about how she is “so excited to grow [their] little family.”
Although Doug admitted he’d love to have a son, Jamie said on the podcast she’s hoping for a second baby girl.
“I want Gracie to have a sister,” Jamie confessed, according to People.
“The way I’m feeling it’s going to be a boy,” Doug insisted on the podcast.
In early September 2018, Jamie announced she had sadly suffered a chemical miscarriage, which is an early pregnancy loss that occurs shortly after implantation, according to Healthline.
The news came five months after Jamie and Doug revealed they were “officially trying” for Baby No. 2 on Instagram.
Jamie and her husband were unable to have sex for quite some time because the act was painful for Jamie after welcoming Henley into the world in August 2017.
The reality TV stars had an arranged marriage and tied the knot in March 2014. Their wedding was documented on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, and their road to falling in love with each other was a bumpy one.
The couple, however, managed to work through their issues and stay together.

And then in July 2016, the pair announced they had endured a heartbreaking miscarriage with their first child. Jamie and Doug called the baby boy they had lost four months into Jamie’s pregnancy Johnathan Edward.
The couple later starred in their own spinoff Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One, which premiered in December 2017.
Jamie also hosts Married at First Sight: Unfiltered on Lifetime.
