He measured in at 5-foot-10 1/8 and weighed 207 pounds with 9 1/2 hands.
I can't stress enough how massive of a win this was for Murray, as many expected him to measure in at -- or even under -- 5-9, and while there was buzz recently about him weighing over 200 pounds, to be seven pounds above that figure sends a message that he can sustain that weight at the NFL level.
Just as importantly to some -- including myself -- Murray's hand size is well above the threshold of nine inches and was another huge victory. Given his smaller stature, no one would've been surprised if the Oklahoma superstar had hands well under nine inches, and while obviously not the reason a quarterback succeeds or fails at the NFL level, not many pros with hands below nine inches have gone on to have long, productive NFL careers.
For perspective on Murray's weigh in, here are his figures next to Russell Wilson's from 2012:
|Kyler Murray||5'10 1/8"||207||9 1/2"|
|Russell Wilson||5'10 5/8"||204||10 1/4"|
This is such a significant, across-the-board win for Murray that he probably should be considered the new front-runner to be the No. 1 overall selection in the draft.
Remember, in his lone year as Oklahoma's starter, in an Air Raid system nearly identical to the one Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury is installing, Murray had a higher passing efficiency than Baker Mayfield managed in 2017.
Cardinals GM Steve Keim saying yesterday "Josh Rosen is our quarterback for now," stirred speculation about Arizona possibly taking Murray with the top pick.
With his impressive showing -- relative to expectations -- at his weigh in, Murray has added a copious amount of fuel to the fire.
While his measurements are great news, scouts reportedly won't get to see Murray throw at the combine. Murray reportedly told "several teams" that he does not plan to throw at this week's NFL Scouting Combine.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the scouts and personnel people who were reportedly informed of the quarterback's decision added the caveat that the Oklahoma product could change his mind after seeing his competitors throw. As of right now, however, the plan is for Murray "not to do much."

“Halt and Catch Fire” actress Lisa Sheridan died at her New Orleans home on Feb. 25 at age 44.
The star’s manager, Mitch Clem, confirmed her death to People saying that there’s currently no cause of death, but assured fans that she did not take her own life.
“We all love Lisa very much and are devastated by the loss we all feel,” Clem told the outlet. “She passed away Monday morning, at home, in her apartment in New Orleans. We are waiting for a coroner's report on cause of death.”
He continued: “The family has unequivocally confirmed that this is not a suicide. Any suggestion to the contrary is absolutely, 100 percent unfounded.”
Representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
As Variety reports, Sheridan attended Carnegie Mellon School of Drama in Pittsburg, Penn. and earned more than 30 television credits throughout her career. In addition to “Halt and Catch Fire,” Sheridan appeared in “CSI: NY,” “The Mentalist,” “The 4400,” “Without a Trace” and “Diagnosis: Murder.”
Her friend and co-star on “Only God Can, Donna D’Errico, shared news of her death on Facebook along with a fond farewell.
“I am sitting here stunned. Lisa and I filmed a movie together 5 years ago and became very close on set and remained close friends after filming ended. It’s so rare to find kind, gentle souls like hers in this industry, this city...even this world,” D’Errico wrote in part. “Truly one of the most genuinely sweet and gentle people I’ve ever come across in my life. She brought a sweetness and bright energy to any room she happened to walk into...even in her darker times.”
Director, magazine editor and friend of Sheridan, Michael Dunaway, also took to social media to remember the late star.
“I met Lisa when she was fourteen years old, over thirty years ago. We were immediately attached at the hip, true soulmates from minute one,” he wrote on Instagram. “For the rest of the days of her life, she was a central part of mine. She was beautiful, obviously, and an immensely talented actor, and a wonderful friend, but more than anything she really did radiate this impossibly bright energy and life. Even in her dark moments.”
Sheridan was previously engaged to "A Million Little Things" star Ron Livingston.
Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas will drop their first song in over five years on Friday at midnight
It’s official — the Jonas Brothers are getting the band back together.
The brothers will also take over James Corden‘s Late Late Show next Monday through Thursday, participating in everything from Carpool Karaoke to Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts. They’ll also discuss their reunion and perform their new single on the show.
“It’s nice to be able to finally tell somebody,” Nick admits in a clip from Carpool Karaoke. “We’ve kept this a secret now for almost seven, eight months. This is basically our first performance back.”
Ahead of the official announcement, a source previously told PEOPLE that Nick, 26, Joe, 29, and Kevin, 31, had a breakfast meeting at the famed Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles earlier this month, though reps for the brothers did not return PEOPLE’s requests for comment about their next chapter at that time.
Rumors about a reunion first started popping up in January 2018, after the Jonas Brothers’ dedicated Instagram account was reactivated following almost five years of silence. Over a year later, though, the account had yet to post any new images or clips — though that all changed Thursday.
However, at the time Nick went on to deny that there was any kind of reunion in the immediate works.
“We hung out for a weekend all together and I guess our Instagram was restarted,” Nick told Ryan Seacrest on the E! red carpet special ahead of the 2018 Grammy Awards. “Right now there’s no reunion planned. But never say never — you never know what’s going to happen.”
The band split up in 2013, with Nick telling PEOPLE at the time that they were stepping back because “prioritizing our family is really important to us.”
Of course, the three brothers’ lives have changed significantly since they first decided to call it quits. Nick has become a hit-making solo artist and married Priyanka Chopra, 36; Joe is in the band DNCE and is on his way to walking down the aisle with finacée Sophie Turner, 23; and Kevin has been raising his two children — daughters Alena Rose, 5, and Valentina Angelina, 2 — with wife Danielle Jonas, 32, in New Jersey.
There’s also a chance the boys could return to the small screen together. In 2017, Nick told PEOPLE he was onboard for an R-rated third installment of the Camp Rock series, which the brothers starred in alongside Demi Lovato on the Disney Channel.
“If the right thing comes together, I think that’d be fun,” Nick said of the idea. “It’s a really delicate thing because [they’re two films] really beloved by fans. So I think for it to work, it’d have to be some creative new version where we get a writing team and do something special.”
“But I absolutely love working with Demi and my brothers,” he continued.
Luke Perry reportedly suffered a major stroke Wednesday morning at his home in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, Perry is currently hospitalized; his condition is unknown. A rep for the actor confirmed the news to People, saying, “Mr. Perry is currently under observation at the hospital.”
The 52-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 vet currently portrays Archie’s dad, Fred Andrews, on The CW’s Riverdale.
Perry’s apparent medical crisis occurred the same day Fox announced it was reviving 90210 via a Curb Your Enthusiasm-esque mockumentary starring original cast members Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Jason Priestly, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling and Gabrielle Carteris. Although Perry’s series-regular Riverdale gig precluded him participating in the project full-time, Spelling — who serves as one of the quasi-revival’s executive producers — expressed confidence that he would “do as many [episodes] as he can do.”
Metcalf's wingspan measured in at an insane 82 7/8 inches, which comes out to just under 6-foot-11. Not to mention he's the size of some linebackers and has 34 and 7/8 inch arms.
Metcalf's wingspan would technically be an NFL combine record for wide receivers. The star wide receiver is certainly improving his draft stock with these results as he's showing NFL teams that he is truly a unique specimen.
That would be a new record for Wingspan for a WR!!!!Charles Robinson

#NFLCombine key measurements thread…
124. #Mississippi WR DK Metcalf
Height: 6-3 3/8
Hand: 9 7/8
Arm: 34 7/8
Wingspan: 82 7/8
Metcalf dealt with injuries during his final season at Ole Miss, but still caught five touchdown receptions in the seven games he played. He tallied 569 receiving yards and reeled in 26 receptions. He had 14 touchdown receptions in his college career.
He and fellow Ole Miss wide receiver AJ Brown are projected to be some of the earliest wideouts off the board in the upcoming NFL Draft, and with measurements like these Metcalf will see his draft stock further improve.
